How We Harvest:

Harvesting season ranges from the end of November until the end of January. Each coffee farm will have on average of 4 rounds of harvests each during these months.

Each coffee cherry is handpicked and collected into baskets and then dumped into individual sacs. The number of pounds picked per employee is recorded at the end of the harvest.
