How We Harvest:

Harvesting season ranges from October to the end of January. Each coffee farm will have on average, 4 rounds of harvests each season.

Each coffee cherry is handpicked and collected into baskets and then dumped into individual sacs. The number of pounds picked per employee is recorded at the end of the harvest.
