Coffee Cherries are harvested off of the coffee tree and inside each cherry contains two gold beans.

A machine is used to process the coffee cherry by depulping it and washing it to get to the gold bean stage.

After the gold bean is sun dried and refined, another machine is used to remove the hard shell protecting the bean to reach the green bean stage.

Green beans are now ready, next step is roasting. We meticulous do every process/stage of the bean from cultivating-Growing-harvesting-processing to roasting. From our farm to your cup.
