Peru - Grown high in the mountains of Cusco, this exceptional coffee is cultivated by small family farmers whose knowledge and passion have been passed down through generations. Since 1966, the Cooperative Agraria Cafetalera José Olaya has empowered these farming families through sustainable agriculture, fair opportunities, and environmentally responsible farming practices.

Cultivated at 1,700+ meters above sea level, the cool mountain climate allows the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing greater sweetness, complexity, and a beautifully balanced cup. Every cherry is carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness, then washed processed to produce exceptional clarity, a clean finish, and to showcase the coffee's true character. After processing, the beans are sun-dried to preserve their natural sweetness and exceptional quality.

Composed of the renowned Typica and Bourbon varieties, this Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee offers a beautifully refined cup with notes of rich chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and a delicate hint of lemongrass. Every sip reflects the dedication of the families who cultivate it and the extraordinary terroir of the Peruvian Andes.
